

Why I Created This Challenge
This guided meditation challenge was created to make it easier for you to find peace and joy within and in this world. Everything I’ve learned through my own struggles and the lessons others helped me uncover through meditation I’ve put into this package. The hardest part of creating the system is done. Now the only work left is for you to show up for yourself.
My Journey Through Struggle
My name is Bryan Brown. I’m a visual artist, illustrator, and wellness advocate. But before I found this path, I went through devastating realities that didn’t fit the person I wanted to be.
I was lost in the sauce, molded by what others expected of me, caught in a mental vortex of doubt, guilt, and distraction. It left me in shambles mentally, physically, and emotionally.

What is meditation?
Meditation is a practice of calming the body and mind by focusing on one thing, often the breath while gently noticing and releasing distractions. It’s a way to bring yourself back to the present moment and create space from constant thoughts or worries.
How to start meditating?
Meditation begins with getting comfortable. Either sitting upright, lying down, or walking mindfully.
How to meditate correctly?
To meditate correctly all you do is choose a point of focus, like your breath or a simple phrase or affirmation, and let it anchor you. The goal isn’t to block out thoughts but to notice them and gently return to your breath each time. That’s the practice.
This practice is designed to reduce anxiety, ease stress, and pull you out of autopilot living. Through simple daily meditation and gratitude exercises, you begin to rewire your subconscious mind toward awareness, positivity, and presence. The result is a calmer, clearer, and happier state of being that feels more natural each day.
